Your supporting documents, aircraft records, operational details, and account information belong behind verified access.
Information you choose to provide
Claim requests may include your name, contact details, relationship to an aircraft, and supporting ownership information. That material is used to review the request and communicate with you.
Aircraft information
Public registration information may identify an aircraft. Private records, operational details, valuation inputs, receipts, and ownership documents are restricted to approved users and their authorized team.
Owner-controlled visibility
Optional tools such as BEACON remain under owner control. Owners decide whether the aircraft can receive charter or sales inquiries and where those inquiries are sent.
Trip requests and buyer inquiries
You can send a trip request or a buyer inquiry about an aircraft from its page on this site, or through an AI assistant connected to BEACON. We collect what you enter: your name and email address, your phone number and company if you give them, and for a trip the route, dates, number of passengers and any notes, or for an inquiry your message. We also record the IP address the request came from, to limit abuse.
We email you a link to confirm, and nothing is sent to anyone else until you click it. Once you confirm, the request goes to the contact the aircraft's owner named: their booking contact for a trip, or their acquisition representative for an inquiry. The owner and the people they authorize can also see it in Owner Connect. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
The confirmation link works for 48 hours. A request you never confirm is deleted 7 days after its link expires. A confirmed request is kept for two years as the owner's record of the inquiry, then deleted. Copies already emailed to the owner's contacts are kept by them.
If you use BEACON through an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, the assistant sends us only what the tool needs. Your conversation with the assistant is handled under that provider's privacy policy, not this one. The BEACON tools that only read public aircraft information ask for no personal information.
Amazon Web Services hosts Owner Connect and delivers our email. To ask about, correct or delete a request you sent, write to the address below.
